MAG is a physician-owned Anesthesia Group that has 35 years experience providing high-quality Anesthesia services to hospitals in New Jersey. MAG has positive experiences melding existing Anesthesia groups into our culture. MAG has 65 board-certified Anesthesiologists, eight CRNAs, and a Physician’s Assistant. Our hospital partners and patients benefit extensively from our Anesthesia Specialists (including Regional, Obstetrics, and Pediatrics) and our Acute and Chronic Pain Management services. We provide operating room management, leadership, and consulting services. We have designed and initiated PACU handoff protocols, streamlined pre-admission testing policies, and provide educational opportunities for hospital staff. All MAG Anesthesiologists are required to practice Anesthesia each and every day in an inspection-ready manner. Our physician leadership has been the first in the country to collaborate with managed-care providers to design and successfully implement an Anesthesia-Led Surgical Episode of Care. Our Hospital partners can be assured that when they ask MAG to step in and merge or take over their existing Anesthesia groups, we will implement a comprehensive plan based upon our decades of experience and success.
